Job description

The Role I am seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to manage the end-to-end movement of goods across international markets. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, external logistics providers, and operational teams, you'll ensure shipments move efficiently, documentation is accurate, and compliance requirements are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating import and export shipments from origin through to final delivery
Preparing and managing shipping and customs documentation
Liaising with freight providers, carriers and key stakeholders
Monitoring shipment schedules and proactively resolving issues
Ensuring compliance with international trade and customs requirements
Maintaining accurate records and operational data
Supporting time critical logistics activities across multiple territories
Acting as a key point of contact for shipment and transport enquiries

About You

I am interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:

Previous experience in import/export, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of shipping documentation and customs processes
Experience coordinating international shipments
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with wider teams
Exposure to complex international movements, or manufacturing related supply chain operations would be advantageous.
