Job description

Marketing Graduate - AI & Digital

Full Time Permanent

We're looking for a Marketing or Software Engineering graduate who is digitally minded, AI-focused and keen to build a career in B2 B marketing.

You'll work across a varied marketing function, gaining experience in content, campaigns, digital, social media, data, lead generation and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities

Use AI tools to research markets, competitors, target accounts and prospects.
Support prospecting, outbound campaigns, lead nurturing and account-based marketing.
Create and repurpose content including social posts, emails, blogs, guides and case studies.
Support website updates, SEO, paid search, paid social and email campaigns.
Plan and report on social media activity.
Assist with campaigns, webinars, events, trade shows and partner marketing.
Maintain Salesforce data and support campaign tracking and reporting.
Research customer, competitor, energy market and sustainability information.
Test AI tools and create simple automations, workflows and prompt libraries.
Support internal communications, sales enablement, marketing administration, budgets and suppliers.

About You

Degree in Marketing or Software Engineering with an interest in marketing/growth, digital, data or business, or equivalent experience.
Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Perplexity.
Tech-savvy with an interest in learning platforms including Salesforce and LinkedIn.
Strong written communication skills.
Organised, curious, proactive and willing to get involved.
Interested in learning how marketing supports business growth and sales.
