Job description

As an Accounts Assistant (Italian Speaker) you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in everything from invoicing to reconciliations. This temporary role in Surrey offers the chance to use your Italian language skills in an industrial/manufacturing environment to help maintain smooth financial operations.

Description

Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
Manage account reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
Assist with financial reporting and data entry tasks.
Communicate with Italian-speaking clients or suppliers as needed.
Support the team with month-end and year-end processes.
Handle queries related to accounts and payments efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong communication skills.
Experience in accounting or financial administration within a similar setting.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
An understanding of financial regulations and processes.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Offer

Hourly rate of £18.00 to £22.00, dependent on the level of experience.
Temporary role based in Surrey.
