Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal
Annual Salary: Up to £32,500
Location: Woking, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Join a prestigious CLC registered property law firm in Woking, known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal with a solid background in property law to enhance our team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Assist in the handling of all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish.
Prepare and manage documents and correspondence related to property transactions.
Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and liaise with clients, lenders, and agents.
Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.
Provide support to senior conveyancers and ensure compliance with all legal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years (+) of experience in residential conveyancing; this position is not suitable for recent LLB graduates wishing to progress as a SRA Solicitor as the firm is registered with the CLC.
Proficient in managing multiple cases with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals.
Familiarity with conveyancing software and case management systems.
