Description
•Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
•Reconcile accounts and ensure discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
•Assist with preparing financial reports as required.
•Support the finance team with administrative tasks and data entry.
•Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Profile
A successful Account Assistant should have:
•Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
•Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
•Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
•Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
•An ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
•Hourly rate between £14.00 and £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
