HR & Recruitment Coordinator

On-site Role Full-time (37.5 hours per week) £30,000 - £31,000 + Potential Permanent Opportunity Based in north Cambridgeshire

Pure are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in the recruitment of a Temporary HR & Recruitment Coordinator. This role has arisen due to a leaver within the HR team and offers an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive people function, with the potential to become permanent for the right individual.

Working closely with the HR team, you'll provide a mix of HR administration, recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle support, helping to ensure a seamless experience for managers and employees alike.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating recruitment activity, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
Supporting onboarding and ensuring new starters have everything they need from day one
Managing HR administration, including promotion processes and approvals
Conducting right-to-work checks and maintaining employee records
Supporting the HR Services inbox and responding to employee queries
Assisting with payroll administration before submission to an external payroll provider
Providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team

About you:

Previous experience in HR administration and recruitment coordination
Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative
Experience of using an HRIS is essential.
Payroll administration experience would be advantageous
