Payroll & HR Operations CoordinatorWembley, West London £40,000 - £45,000 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract 5 Days a Week in the Office Immediate Start Only!

As Payroll & HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and Payroll function during an exciting period of change.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a team, taking ownership of important administrative and operational tasks, and providing support wherever it's needed. You'll work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll and Finance, ensuring employee data is accurate, organised and payroll-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Collate, validate and prepare payroll data for submission to an outsourced payroll provider.
Support the monthly payroll process through data checking, reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies.
Manage and maintain large volumes of employee data across HR and payroll systems.
Produce and analyse reports using Excel to support business and payroll requirements.
Support a major HR systems implementation project, including data cleansing, testing, validation and migration activities.
Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity at all times.
Provide day-to-day operational support to the wider HR team, helping to coordinate activities and keep priorities on track.
Assist with ad-hoc projects, administration and process improvement initiatives.
Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys supporting a team.

You'll have:

Strong experience working with large datasets.
Excellent Excel skills, including functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and IF statements.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to spot inconsistencies and investigate data issues.
A collaborative, team-first approach and willingness to support wherever needed.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in payroll, HR administration, HR systems, data administration, finance administration or a similar role.

Experience:

Payroll, HR, Finance or Data Administration: 2+ years preferred
Advanced Excel: Preferred
Data analysis and reconciliation: Preferred
