Assist with year-end service charge reconciliations.
Provide support with VAT returns and other statutory filings.
Maintain accurate financial, property and administrative records.
Support the smooth running of the office, including facilities, supplies, filing systems and general administration.
Act as a professional first point of contact for calls, correspondence, clients and visitors.
Undertake other ad hoc financial and administrative duties as required.

Skills and experience of the Accounts Assistant:

Good understanding of basic accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Previous property sector experience would be advantageous.
Experience using Propman would be beneficial.
