Job description
TEMPORARY ROLE - This independent car rental company are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work with them for the next 5-6 months, office based in West London, paying up to £15.50p/h.
Finance Assistant, Responsibilities
Purchase ledge - coding and posting of invoices to sage, reconciling supplier statements at month end, verifying bank details
Monthly coding, posting reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts, petty cash, staff expenses
Producing bi-monthly vehicle location reports
Finance Assistant, Skills Required
Previous Accounts / Finance assistant experience
Experience of dealing with purchase ledger and month end tasks
Additional details
Temp role paying up to £15.50p/h
Ongoing for 5-6 months
Working Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.00
