Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established logistics and freight forwarding company based in Colnbrook, for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Working Hours:
Tuesday to Thursday
9:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Weekly payment runs
Maintaining accurate financial records
General accounts administration
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous 2 years experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role
Experience using Sage
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
Previous experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, particularly sea freight, would be advantageous but is not essential
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
