Job description

The best marketing roles don't just give you responsibility. They give you trust. The freedom to own projects, influence decisions and leave your fingerprints on the business. This is one of those opportunities.

The role

It's with a growing business in the property & lifestyle scene that's built an enviable reputation in its sector, both here in the UK and internationally.

This is hands-on & packed with variety. But what really stands out is the people. This isn't a business full of egos, endless meetings or layers of unnecessary process. Instead, you'll join a team of thoughtful, grounded and genuinely decent people who care about doing things properly.

This is the kind of role where no two weeks look quite the same. One morning, you might be launching a campaign, reviewing performance data and spotting new opportunities for growth. By the afternoon, you could be briefing an agency, creating content, coordinating an event or working with senior stakeholders on future plans.

You'll have ownership of the marketing calendar & the freedom to drive activity across a mix of channels. From digital campaigns and email marketing to content, events, CRM, and brand projects, you'll be at the heart of it all.

About you

This isn't a role where you'll be asked to simply keep the wheels turning. We're looking for someone with a few years under their belt & enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table, rolling up their sleeves, and making things happen.

Handy sector experience would be property or an adjacent one such as hospitality, travel or retail. You're organised without being rigid, creative without losing sight of commercial goals and confident enough to manage multiple moving parts at once.

You enjoy the mix that modern marketing brings. A bit of strategy. A bit of creativity. A bit of analysis. A bit of problem-solving. The business is full of approachable, considered individuals who value good relationships, clear communication and common sense. You'll fit right in if you're someone who leaves the ego at the door and gets stuck in.

Why join?

You'll inherit a role with real visibility, genuine ownership and plenty of support around you. You'll work alongside people who are ambitious without being corporate, driven without taking themselves too seriously and experienced enough to trust good people to do great work.

Add in a salary range of 45-50k, flexible working, healthcare benefits, generous holiday allowance, company events and an environment where marketing has a genuine seat at the table, and you've got a pretty compelling opportunity.
