The Credit Controller role in South Stockport involves managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and reducing outstanding debts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with career and development opportunities

Description

Raising sales invoices and credit notes
Managing cash collection across an international customer base
Resolving invoice and account queries
Monitoring customer credit limits and exposure
Supporting credit insurance and Letters of Credit
Approving orders for release from a credit perspective
Managing stock-related invoicing
Supporting year-end audit requirements

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounting & finance role.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
An organised approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.

Job Offer

Salary between £30,000 and £34,000 dependent on the level of experience.
Salary sacrifice pension scheme
