HR Administrator
Location: Belfast Salary: £30,000
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to support the delivery of a professional and comprehensive HR service across a large, multi-site workforce. This is a varied role offering exposure to the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers with HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, absence management, and HR best practice
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR support and guidance to management teams on HR policies and procedures.
Ensure employment contracts and right-to-work checks are completed in line with company procedures.
Deliver accurate and efficient HR administration across multiple business units.
Support managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Manage and monitor long-term absence cases.
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, capability issues, flexible working requests, attendance management, and wellbeing initiatives.
Undertake additional duties relevant to the role as required.
Essential Criteria
Genuine interest in Human Resources with the ability to work across a broad range of HR activities.
Previous experience handling employee relations matters and supporting managers with complex HR issues.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to provide practical HR advice.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Third-level qualification, preferably in Human Resources or Business.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information
Office-based role, Monday to Friday.
Full driving licence required.
Occasional travel to sites throughout Northern Ireland may be required.
