Job description
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our friendly Finance team and help ensure the smooth running of our purchase ledger and income processing functions.
This is an important role within the team, supporting the Finance team and colleagues across the organisation by providing accurate, timely and high quality financial administration.
The successful candidate will have experience of purchase ledger processing, working with payment providers and managing financial transactions. They will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable managing a varied workload. Previous experience within a charity environment would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
The role
A significant part of the role will involve managing the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and in line with UCCF's financial policies and procedures. You will be responsible for helping to coordinate payment runs, ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

The details
Salary: £27,175 - £31,601 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time of 37.5 hours per week. We are also open to discussing part time.
Holiday: 30 days holiday per year, plus 8 public holidays
Location: Hybrid working from our Oxford office
