International Co-ordinator - (Spanish or Portuguese Speaking)
6 Month FTC
Role Purpose
To manage the international repatriation of deceased persons, ensuring all logistical, legal, and administrative requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and with compassion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all inbound and outbound international repatriations.
Liaise with overseas funeral homes, consulates, embassies, airlines, and government agencies.
Prepare and process all required documentation (death certificates, permits, translations, customs forms).
Arrange transport logistics, including flights and ground handling.
Provide clear, sensitive communication and support to families throughout the process.
Produce estimates and invoices; maintain accurate case records.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
Ensure compliance with international laws, airline regulations, and company standards.
Maintain strong relationships with global partners and service providers.
Skills & Experience
Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
Fluent in English
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple time-critical cases.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
Proficient in MS Office and case management systems.
Desirable: experience in repatriation, logistics, aviation, or funeral services; foreign language skills.
