Job description
An established firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorney's in Bristol is looking for an experienced Patent Paralegal to join their supportive and collaborative patent team on a full-time, permanent basis!
You'll need 2+ years' experience in a busy patent environment. CIPA qualification is advantageous but not essential, and you should be confident handling patent filings, official communications, client correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing and filing patent applications and related documents
Managing client correspondence and queries
Processing communications from patent offices
Liaising with records teams to ensure deadlines are met
Supporting billing, invoicing and cost estimates
Providing day-to-day support to Fee Earners
