£34,000 - £36,000 Central London Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home Permanent Immediate Start
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team of a rapidly expanding international business based in Central London.
This is a varied credit control position within a commercially focused organisation where you'll have responsibility for a diverse customer ledger and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales and Operations.
The role would suit an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys having ownership of their accounts, building strong customer relationships and taking a proactive approach to recovering outstanding payments. NetSuite experience is highly desirable, as you'll be using the system regularly to monitor accounts, review balances and maintain accurate financial information.
About the Role:
As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for keeping customer accounts up to date and ensuring outstanding invoices are followed up effectively.
You'll take a structured approach to your ledger, identifying overdue accounts, investigating issues and agreeing payment solutions with customers. You'll also work closely with internal departments where billing, contractual or account queries are preventing payment.
Experience dealing with complicated invoices, underpayments and legacy payments will be very beneficial. Further experience conducting investigations into aged debt and outstanding invoices will be very a great asset for this credit control role.
There may also be opportunities to support finance and operational teams during major events, giving the role a broader commercial dimension than a traditional credit control position.

The Working Environment
The company has an informal and sociable culture, offering a refreshing alternative to a traditional corporate finance environment.
You'll be working in a relaxed office with a casual dress code, alongside a team that regularly gets together for social events, celebrations and nights out.
The business is continuing to grow internationally, so this is an opportunity to join a finance function where there is plenty of activity and exposure to different areas of the organisation.
