SERVICE ADVISOR

BRIGHTON £31,500 BASIC £40,000+ OTE, UNCAPPED MONDAY-FRIDAY 8 AM-6 PM + 1 IN 4 SATURDAY MORNINGS AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP

A ROLE FOR SERVICE ADVISORS WHO KNOW HOW TO LOOK AFTER CUSTOMERS

If you're an experienced Service Advisor looking for a role offering strong earning potential, a Monday-Friday working pattern and genuine uncapped OTE, this could be worth a closer look.

We're recruiting for an established automotive dealership in Brighton that is looking to strengthen its Aftersales team with an experienced Service Advisor.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who is confident managing the full service journey, from booking vehicles in and discussing work required through to keeping customers updated and ensuring a smooth collection.

You'll be working closely with the Workshop team, handling customer queries, discussing servicing and repairs and identifying additional work where appropriate.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

£31,500 basic salary
£40,000+ OTE - uncapped
Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm
1 in 4 Saturday mornings
Established automotive dealership
Professional Aftersales environment
Genuine opportunity to increase earnings through performance

THE ROLE

Manage customer bookings and vehicle check-ins
Discuss servicing, repairs and additional work with customers
Provide accurate estimates and explain work required
Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process
Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team
Identify opportunities for additional work
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant information is captured
Ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience throughout
Work towards departmental and customer service targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll need:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence discussing servicing, repairs and associated costs
Good organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities
Strong attention to detail
A professional and approachable manner
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy Aftersales team
Main dealership experience would be advantageous
