Property Coordinator

Stockport £28,000 + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £30,000)

This isn't your typical property role.

Our client is a fast-growing rental housing owner building a brand-new leasing and resident support function from the ground up. They're investing heavily, expanding across multiple regions and creating high-quality rental communities across both houses and apartments.

As a Property Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll become the go-to person for prospects, residents and the wider leasing team, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience from first enquiry through to move-in.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Perfect for someone who loves organisation, enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating enquiries, viewings and customer communications
Supporting applicants through referencing and move-in processes
Managing property listings, images, descriptions and online updates
Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
Liaising with third-party providers and internal stakeholders
Supporting residents with queries and general requests
Monitoring applications and ensuring timelines are met
Providing administrative and operational support to the wider leasing team

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in coordination, administration, customer service or property is beneficial
Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Confident using systems, databases and CRM platforms
A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
Someone who enjoys being part of a growing business and making an impact
