Job description

Interim TA Specialist 3 months + London Hybrid c 350-400 per day via umbrella

A well-known FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on an interim basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend.This is a hands-on recruitment role, supporting hiring managers across a fast-paced and evolving business. You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to attract and secure high-quality talent across a range of functions.Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insight
Source, attract and engage high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer processes
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience recruiting across operations, manufacturing and/or engineering environments is highly desirable, although not essential
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proactive, organised and able to work independently
Knowledge of Workday would be advantageous and will help enable a smooth onboarding process
Can start a new role immediately and can work from the London office 3 days per week in a hybrid manner.
