The Role This role is ideal for an outgoing, personable and level-headed individual who is eager to develop their knowledge and experience within the UK lettings industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Overseeing the allocation of rental income across a portfolio of properties within multiple X1 buildings.
Working closely with the Lettings team to allocate all outstanding rental receipts and assist with the preparation of weekly rental debt reports.
Processing daily payments to landlords in both the UK and overseas, while assisting with any queries relating to landlord statements.
Ensuring payments for works orders are made promptly to suppliers, contractors, agents and other relevant third parties through the CRM system.
Producing monthly performance reports for each site within the allocated portfolio, analysing key metrics including occupancy rates, average rental trends, fees generated and outstanding debt.
Reviewing business operational accounts, identifying potential risks and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

What you will bring:

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
A keen interest in mathematics, finance and portfolio analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workload effectively and use their own initiative.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work.
A personable and approachable character, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal colleagues and external clients.
A positive attitude, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop within the role.
A professional attitude and high standards of personal presentation.
