Job description

Dawn Ellmore Employment is delighted to be assisting our client, a leading firm who are seeking to grow their team!

The team are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Formalities Administrator to join their thriving team on a full-time, permanent basis - with fully remote working available! To be successful you should have strong Trade Mark Records and Formalities experience and be able to hit the ground running.

Duties will include:-

Keeping records up to date and ensure important actions are captured promptly.
Checking work for accuracy and share knowledge with colleagues when needed.
Helping manage the team's workload and prioritise tasks.
Assisting with adding new client portfolios and ensuring records are complete.
Producing correspondence, forms and reports using IP systems.
