Are you an experienced Legal Secretary who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for Property and take pride in keeping transactions moving smoothly?

We want to hear from you!

We're looking for an experienced Property Secretary, working across both Commercial and Residential Property transactions.

You'll work closely with fee-earners, playing a key role in delivering an efficient, accurate and professional service to clients. From keeping files organised and monitoring deadlines to liaising with clients, estate agents and other third parties, you'll be an essential part of the team. This is an office based role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We're looking for someone with:

Previous Legal Secretary experience, ideally within a Property Department

Good knowledge of Property transactions

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Excellent IT skills

A professional, friendly and approachable manner

A genuine commitment to outstanding client service
