Job description

Temporary HR Administrator - Part-Time

Location: Lewisham, London Duration: Approximately 8 weeks Start Date: ASAP Working Pattern: Part-time - 2 days from home, 1 day in the office

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised HR Administrator to join a busy team on a short-term temporary basis in Lewisham.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who is available to start immediately and can quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment. The role will provide general HR administration support across the team and requires someone who is confident, detail-focused and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Assist with the preparation of HR documentation and correspondence.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain HR files and ensure documentation is accurately recorded.
Assist with general employee queries and direct queries to the appropriate team member.
Support with reporting, spreadsheets and HR data as required.
Assist with ad hoc HR projects and administrative tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently.
Availability to start ASAP and commit to the approximately 8-week assignment.
