Essential Requirements

Experience: Proven professional experience working within a care home or residential care setting is mandatory.
Sponsorship: Candidates must have full right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is offered.
Driving: Valid UK driving license and personal transport preferred.
Core Skills: Dedicated, compassionate, flexible, and capable of assisting residents with all aspects of personal care and daily living activities.
