Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a rapidly growing law firm based in North West London. The successful candidate will support the conveyancing team, working closely with an ambitious and expanding department on high-value property transactions.

This role combines legal and administrative responsibilities within residential conveyancing and offers excellent opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting licences and supporting legal documentation
Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
Managing pre- and post-completion processes efficiently
Coordinating property searches and handling associated documentation
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and third parties
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant case files and systems

Key Requirements:

A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
Experience in conveyancing (essential)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Experience or knowledge of bridging finance and transactions would be desirable
Exposure to bridging loans, lender requirements, or property finance matters would be advantageous
