Job description

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a prestigious US law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its highly regarded International Disputes team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team of four paralegals, supporting lawyers on complex, high-profile cross-border disputes. The role offers exposure to challenging international matters, providing excellent experience for candidates looking to develop their careers within a top-tier litigation practice.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting lawyers across all stages of complex commercial litigation and international disputes
Managing court filings and liaising with external parties
Assisting with hearings, trials and High Court proceedings
Document review, disclosure and case management
Legal research and preparation of court bundles

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2-3 years' litigation paralegal experience
Strong exposure to High Court litigation, hearings and trial preparation
Previous experience gained within a US law firm
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
Fluency in one or more European languages would be advantageous
