Job description

The Business: Are you an experienced CRM, Email Marketing or Customer Lifecycle professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Or perhaps a Marketing Executive that has been some decent knowledge in the CRM space!

Nigel Wright are working exclusively with a growing, private equity-backed consumer business on an exciting digital transformation journey. As the business continues to invest in customer experience, data and marketing technology, we're looking for a CRM Executive to join the team and support the ongoing development of customer journeys, automation, segmentation and CRM-led business improvement projects.

This is a maternity cover role for a period of 12 months.

The Role:

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys and lifecycle communications.
Building and refining customer segments, automated workflows and trigger-based communications.
Working with customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitoring CRM performance and producing reporting and insights to support decision-making.
Supporting the continued development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across the business.
Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Care, Contact Centre, IT and other internal stakeholders.
Contributing to wider CRM and customer experience projects, including chatbot and automation initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving customer experiences, using data to drive decisions and helping shape the future of a developing CRM function.

You will be joining a supportive team and a data-driven business with a 'test and learn' approach where you will be given the freedom to continue to build the function.
