Job description
Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is working with a leading corporate housing provider who are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their UK team.
You will coordinate pre-arrival property inspections with suppliers across the UK, review inspection reports, identify any issues and work with suppliers to ensure properties meet the required standards before guest check-in.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate pre-arrival inspections with suppliers across the UK.
Review inspection reports and ensure properties meet quality standards.
Identify and follow up on any issues with suppliers.
Manage inspection schedules, bookings and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback.
Support reporting and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
Experience in Corporate Housing, Relocation, Hospitality, Property, Real Estate or a similar sector.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and related systems.
