Human Resource and Administration Officer

Location: Chiswick, London

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource and Administration Officer to support our business by ensuring the effective and timely completion of HR-related tasks. This role involves handling queries and requests from staff, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

Maintain and update the HR Intranet and company policies as necessary.
Assist with the recruitment process including conducting interviews, preparing interview timetables, and processing employment contracts.
Manage onboarding processes for new joiners including welcome letters and organising training.
Maintain accurate personnel files and HR systems data.
Compile reports for various departments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct right to work checks and manage staff ID card applications.
Assist with payroll processing and manage administrative tasks for the HR department.
Support the organisation of company events and manage awards programs.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Beneficial: Degree in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR management systems.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
