As a Stakeholder Engagement Officer at Hyde, you will coordinate our engagement with elected representatives, ensuring enquiries from MPs and local authority councillors are managed professionally, consistently and within agreed service standards. You will act as Hyde's central point of accountability for elected representative enquiries, producing high-quality responses, identifying emerging themes and risks, and working with colleagues across the business to protect Hyde's reputation and strengthen external relationships.
