Job description

Help ensure women can access the support they need, when they need it most.Are you an organised administrator who enjoys bringing structure to busy services?Do you take pride in making sure no detail is missed and every person receives a timely, professional response?

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Salary: £24,796 - £28,153 per annum Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the delivery of specialist services for women affected by violence and abuse. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll play a vital role in coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure individuals receive the support they need in a timely and professional manner.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Managing and coordinating referrals
Maintaining accurate and confidential records
Producing reports and monitoring data
Liaising with partner organisations and stakeholders
Supporting meetings, systems and administrative processes
Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection are maintained.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Previous administration or coordination experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience handling sensitive information confidentially
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence using databases and Microsoft Office
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Experience gained within social care, health, housing, safeguarding, community services or violence against women and girls services would be particularly valuable.
