The Role
You will support fee-earners on a busy and varied caseload including:
•Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
•Remortgages and transfers of equity
•Drafting contract packs and requesting searches
•Preparing completion statements and assisting with SDLT/HMLR applications
•Managing client communication, providing regular updates with professionalism and warmth
•Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
You will become a key part of the department, supporting smooth transactions from instruction to completion.
About You
•Experience within a Residential Conveyancing team (6 months+ ideal)
•Strong organisational and communication skills
•Confidence liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors
•A proactive, eager-to-learn approach
•Excellent attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
