Job description
RG Consultancy are working with a growing SME in Winsford who are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Administrator to join a small accounts team. You will play an important part in bridging the accounts and sales team by managing sales orders, raising invoices and working closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Role Responsibilities
Manage the sales ledger administration process, ensuring customer accounts and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
Raise and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure invoices are raised correctly against completed sales orders and dispatched goods
Check sales orders and supporting information to ensure all details are accurate before invoicing
Maintain accurate sales ledger and customer records within the company system
Work closely with the accounts team to ensure sales orders, invoices and related records are kept up to date.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between sales orders, goods dispatched and invoices
Ensure the correct orders are processed and invoiced promptly
Receive and process sales orders through the company system
Accurately enter and maintain sales order information
Liaise with the warehouse to ensure goods are correctly picked, prepared and dispatched
Monitor the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse
Check orders prior to dispatch to ensure the correct products and quantities are being sent
Work closely with the Warehouse and Accounts teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly from receipt through to dispatch and invoicing
Provide general sales and administrative support as required
Person specification
Previous experience within a sales ledger, accounts or sales admin role is essential
Strong IT skills, experience with SAGE would be an advantage
Experience within distribution or manufacturing would be an advantage
