Job description

A national IFA firm is hiring a Client Service Associate to work remotely across their central region, handling existing client onboarding, review meetings and new business processing. Paying £28,000 to £32,000, this role suits someone who thrives in a structured, task-based environment and wants the flexibility of fully remote working from day one.

Your purpose

You'll be part of their operational thread running through the advice process, ensuring existing clients move smoothly from review through to completion. Working across a central region covering substantial number of clients, you'll handle all the paperwork involved in ongoing cases and new business, picking up work from a centralized task list rather than supporting one dedicated planner. This requires a systematic style of working where accuracy and efficiency matter.

What the job involves

Processing existing client onboarding across the central region
Completing all review meeting documentation and follow-up
Handling new business cases and ongoing client work
Preparing Letters of Authority and ensuring data accuracy
Working through structured task lists as cases come in
Liaising with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure they have what they need

IFA Client Service Associate Requirements

Essential: experience in an IFA administration role with strong client onboarding knowledge
Essential: familiarity with Letters of Authority and the advice process
Essential: comfortable working in a centralized team across multiple planners
Desirable: experience using IO, Curo, Cashcalc or Dynamic Planner
Desirable: based in Scotland, though candidates elsewhere will be considered for this fully remote role

Salary of £28,000 to £32,000
37.5 hours per week, fully remote
