Senior Employment Paralegal
Award-winning global law firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Employment Paralegal who has extensive tribunal experience, and a history of managing their own caseload of tribunal claims, to join their dynamic team in London.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Employment Paralegal:
Manage own busy tribunal case load from ACAS EC stage to completion
Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, draft witness statements, and prepare for final hearing
Maintain regular communication with client, including providing updates and advice as needed
Skills & Requirements of the Senior Employment Paralegal:
Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal within a law firm
Must have experience managing a busy caseload
Extensive tribunal experience is essential
