Finance & HR Assistant - Secondary School - Ealing 6-Week Temporary Assignment Immediate Start

A secondary school in Ealing, West London is seeking a reliable and experienced Finance & HR Assistant to join its school administration team for an initial 6-week period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous school, education, finance, HR or administrative experience who is available to start immediately and can quickly integrate into a busy school environment.

The Role: Finance & HR Assistant in Ealing

The successful candidate will provide general Finance and HR administrative support, assisting the school's central administration team with day-to-day processes.

Duties may include:

Supporting finance and HR administration
Processing and maintaining records and documentation
Assisting with invoices, payments and financial administration
Updating staff and HR records
Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration
Maintaining accurate and confidential records
General administrative and data-entry duties
Liaising with staff and external contacts professionally

The Ideal Candidate: Finance & HR Assistant in Ealing

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

Previous Finance, HR or school administration experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
The ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a busy administration team
Enhanced DBS clearance or the ability to complete compliance checks quickly
Availability for the full 6-week assignment

Full-time, Monday to Friday
