Job description

Are you a lettings administrator or a lettings negotiator who would like to be a lettings administrator?

Location - Central London

Monday- Friday - 9am-6pm

Salary-£34,000

My client would like the candidate to have had previous experience in a lettings, property or estate agency environment.

My client is looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to join their team and provide essential administrative support across the lettings process.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys being organised, working with systems and spreadsheets, and making sure that every detail is taken care of. You will be a key part of the lettings team, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and that both clients and colleagues receive a high level of service.

The Role

As Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administration behind our lettings process, from agreed deals through to completion and move-in.

You will need to be extremely efficient, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to keep accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will be confident using property software and administrative systems, with experience using Reapit and Goodlord highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring deadlines and chasing outstanding information proactively

Assisting with renewals, extensions and general tenancy administration
Keeping property and applicant records accurate and fully up to date
Supporting the lettings negotiators with day-to-day administration
Managing a high volume of emails and enquiries efficiently
Communicating professionally with landlords and tenants and providing regular updates
Identifying potential issues before they become problems and resolving them quickly
General administrative support to the lettings team as required
