You will receiveexcellent training, support and hands-on experience, giving you the chance to build practical knowledge across a wide range of HR activities. From recruitment and onboarding through to employee records, payroll information and HR documentation, this is an opportunity to develop a strong generalist HR foundation from the outset.

This is a varied role where no two days are likely to feel exactly the same. You will support the smooth running of day-to-day HR administration while gradually building your knowledge and confidence across the wider employee lifecycle.

Preparing contracts and other HR documentation for review
Supporting right-to-work and employee record administration

Providing accurate employee information for payroll processing
Responding to routine employee queries in a professional and helpful manner
Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administration and wider projects
Handling confidential employee information with care and discretion
Helping improve HR processes and administration as your experience develops

What are we looking for?

Essential:

Previous administration experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once

A basic understanding of HR processes
Experience using modern digital or AI-assisted tools in an administrative environment
