Job description
My client is a growing construction business looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a marketing team and support the pre-construction team. Candidates must have previous construction industry experience and a proven background supporting pre-construction, bid and tender processes. This is an exciting time to join the business!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the company's marketing strategy.
Manage digital, social media, website and email marketing activity.
Lead the production of PQQs, SQs, tender submissions and client presentations.
Create case studies, project profiles and award submissions.
Work closely with pre-construction, estimating and business development teams to help secure new business opportunities.
Manage branding, events and client engagement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
Previous Marketing Manager experience within the construction, property or built environment sector.
Demonstrable pre-construction and bid management experience is essential.
Strong understanding of PQQs, SQs, framework bids and tender submissions.
Excellent content writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
