Wills and Probate Paralegal

Wills Paralegal - Chesterfield £25,000 - £28,000 per annum Permanent Full-Time Chesterfield CRA Consulting are currently recruiting for a Wills Paralegal to join the Private Client team of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year's Private Client experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing legal team.

The Role

Working within the Private Client department, you will be involved in a range of Wills and estate planning matters, providing excellent client care and producing accurate legal documentation.

We are looking for a Wills Paralegal or Private Client Paralegal with at least 1 year's experience within a Private Client legal environment.

You will ideally have experience in:

You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision following an appropriate training period. A Law degree or equivalent qualification would be advantageous but is not essential where you have relevant practical experience. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable due to occasional travel between offices.
