Administrator
Job Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Job Mode: Hybrid
We are seeking a highly capable and efficient Administrator to join our large compliance-based team. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to retain, process, and train others on data and procedures. The position is initially temporary but has the potential to become permanent.
Day-to-day of the role:
Review and confirm that appropriate checks have been conducted.
Act as a champion for the team, conducting training where required.
Provide guidance on compliance requirements, responding to queries from clients and the wider team.
Attend team meetings, manage the team inbox, and handle incoming queries, collaborating with wider teams and management.
Support and lead ad hoc projects on behalf of the department.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of work completed by junior team members.
Provide administration support and coaching and development to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role within a compliance or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to train and guide team members effectively.
Excellent communication skills, capable of handling queries from various stakeholders.
Experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using standard office software and systems.
