Conveyancing Paralegal - Sutton Coldfield - Full-Time with On-Site Parking

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking for a new challenge in Sutton Coldfield? A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established and reputable local law firm known for its supportive and close-knit team environment.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role within the residential property team.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing
Issuing draft contracts, requesting redemption figures and management packs, deal with AML and KYC. On purchase files: order searches and draft contracts, deal with source of funding.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals
Ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently

This is a full-time, office-based position with free on-site parking provided.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered, you should have:

At least 12 months of experience in a conveyancing or residential property paralegal role
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to managing your workload
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and meet tight deadlines
