Job description

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving the success of the sales department and achieving company targets.

Client Details

Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.

Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property market.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property industry and competitors.

Profile

A successful Sales Executive should have:

Job Offer

Base salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus commission.
