Vehicle Administrator

Stansted

£14.95 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Temporary Ongoing Assignment

We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Administrator to join a busy and growing automotive operation based in Stansted. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering consistent full-time hours and the chance to work within a fast-paced vehicle environment.

The Role

This is a varied position combining administrative duties with vehicle knowledge and support. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in the automotive industry or previous experience working within a vehicle-related environment.

You will be responsible for supporting the team with administration while also helping to identify and advise on vehicle or van issues when required.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out a range of administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
Updating vehicle information on internal systems
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Assisting with scheduling and vehicle documentation
Providing basic advice on vehicle and van issues
Identifying and understanding common vehicle faults and reporting them appropriately
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks

About You

Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous, or a strong personal interest in vehicles
Able to recognise and understand common vehicle faults and issues
Good administrative and organisational skills
Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach
