Trainee Marketing Executive

Location: Chessington

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Experience: No previous marketing experience required

The opportunity

Are you looking to begin a career in marketing? We're seeking an enthusiastic and creative Trainee Marketing Executive to join our team in Chessington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to move into marketing for the first time. You don't need previous experience-we're looking for curiosity, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll help to:

Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns and websites
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
Research customers, competitors and industry trends
Assist with events, promotions and other marketing activities
Update marketing materials and digital channels
Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports
Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers and external partners
Bring fresh ideas to team discussions and creative projects

What we're looking for

A genuine interest in developing a career in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital platforms
Creativity, curiosity and a willingness to learn
A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach
A degree or equivalent qualification would be welcomed, but is not essential

Previous marketing experience is not required. We're more interested in your potential, enthusiasm and willingness to get involved.
