Temp Receptionist - Bank

Salary: £30,000pa

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm)

Start date: Immediate

Join a leading global shipping organisation based in the heart of the City of London. We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to become the face of the business, providing a first-class front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional manner
Manage incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings
Arrange refreshments and catering for meetings and events
Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor records
Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
Maintain a tidy, professional reception and communal office environment
Support new starter onboarding processes, including building access and office induction arrangements
Assist with office supplies and stationery ordering
Monitor and replenish kitchen and hospitality supplies
Provide administrative support to facilities and business support teams
Raise purchase orders and assist with invoice processing where required
Support office events and internal meetings
Undertake ad hoc administration duties as required

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience managing busy reception desks desirable
