You will support the dispute resolution partner and the wider team across the working end of contentious matters. Bermuda is a major centre for insurance, reinsurance and investment funds, so the caseload is international, high value and varied. Bermuda also has no personal income tax.

What you'll be doing as a Litigation Paralegal Legal and factual research and analysis, reviewing and analysing documents, drafting legal documents and affidavits, costs review and bill of costs assessments, plus passing legal information to clients under attorney supervision. Case management sits at the centre of the role.
