Job description

We are seeking an organised and proactive IT Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of IT projects across our clients organisation. Working closely with IT Project Managers, technical teams and key stakeholders, you will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track progress and support effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in IT project delivery within a structured and purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities for an IT Project Coordinator

Coordinate project activities, meetings, actions and communications.
Maintain project plans, documentation, timelines, budgets and reports.
Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns where appropriate.
Support stakeholder updates and project governance.
Assist IT Project Managers with delivery and reporting.
Opportunities to gain experience in system integrations, testing, business analysis and IT governance.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting projects in a fast paced environments applying recognised project methodology (such as Agile, Prince 2, Waterfall etc)
Communicates clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
Has experience within a project framework, including the production and maintenance of documentation and reports, and coordination activities
Is comfortable working with budgets, timelines and resource tracking
