Marketing & Business Development Executive

Prestigious Law Firm

up to £40k

London (WC2 A)

Our client, a prestigious and highly regarded London law firm, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join its growing Business Services team.

This is a broad and varied role, offering the opportunity to work across marketing, communications and business development, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to the firm's continued growth.

The Role

A key focus will be managing the firm's legal directory and awards programme, including:

Managing submissions for Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Spear's and other relevant directories and awards.
Co-ordinating submission deadlines and working with multiple practice areas.
Preparing and uploading submissions, referee lists and supporting documentation.
Keeping up to date with directory requirements, research processes and submission criteria.
Monitoring researcher details, referee engagement and interview opportunities.
Communicating rankings and accolades and supporting related website and LinkedIn updates.
Supporting BD initiatives including market research, targeting, events, pitches and proposals.
Supporting the ongoing development and data integrity of the firm's CRM system.

About You

You will ideally have at least two years' marketing and/or business development experience from a law firm.
Most importantly, you will have demonstrable, hands-on experience managing legal directory submissions, ideally including Chambers & Partners and/or The Legal 500. This is a key requirement for the role.
You will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
